Pao, originally from a medical imaging background, recently joined the holding. She collaborates across portfolio companies, contributing to the design and execution of tailored growth solutions, including projects within the medical sector.
She oversees all marketing initiatives and ensures that internal processes operate efficiently. In addition, she is responsible for financial data analysis, administration management, and client acquisition. As a project manager, she places strong emphasis on developing and implementing innovative ideas that support sustainable growth across the organization.
